I have recently bought a Heatcool TA-09C(H)S Air Conditioning unit (TOYO Digital DC inverter ductless mini split air conditioner system with heat pump). I am english and living in France, the instructions are in french and are too complex for guesswork, am trying to find out where I might be able to get an english manual. It's normally quite standard to get a manual for a product in multilanguage, unfortunately for me, not in this case. Perhaps someone may know where a can download a PDF manual? We have tried to get a dealership but the main company, Toyo USA and the regional rep., REE refuse to allow us to be dealers. We have tried several times over the years. We buy parts in bulk from outside sources and pass the savings onto the customer.
